Hallo liebe Magic-Fans!

Mit Amonkhet (Das neue Set von Magic: the Gathering - Release: 28.04.2017) kriegen die Regeln mal wieder ein Update!
Diesmal werden die "Split Karten" unter die Lupe genommen!

Bis anhin war es ja so das Split Karten immer 2 Charakteristiken & 2 verschiedene Manakosten

708.2. In every zone except the stack, split cards have two sets of characteristics and two converted mana costs. As long as a split card is a spell on the stack and wasn’t cast using fuse (see rule 702.101, “Fuse”), only the characteristics of the half being cast exist. The other half’s characteristics are treated as though they didn’t exist. A split card that’s a spell on the stack and was cast using fuse has two sets of characteristics and one converted mana cost. Its converted mana cost is equal to the total amount of mana in its two mana costs, regardless of color.

Diese Regel wird nun geändert. Ab Amonkhet gilt das Split Karten überall ausser dem Stack eine umgewandelte Manakost haben.

Ab Amonkhet kann Kari Zev's Expertise Breaking // Entering nichtmehr spielen weil Kari Zev's Expertise fragt "Kostet du 3 oder weniger?" und Breaking // Entering antwortet mit: "Nein, ich koste 8!".

Heute

Violent Outburst hat sich nur interessiert ob einer der beiden Hälften von Boom // Bust2 oder weniger kostet und dann konnte man beide Hälften spielen.

Ab Amonkhet kann Violent Outburst nichtmehr in Boom // Bust kaskadieren weil Violent Outburst fragt "Kostet du 2 oder weniger?" und Boom // Bust antwortet mit: "Nein, ich koste 8!".
